Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$81,005 - $109,595Collaborative analyst with data analytics expertise neededWork in collaboration with the national team of appraisers who provide agricultural asset valuations to FCC. You’ll help build tools, analyze data and share knowledge with the team. You’ll also help guide our lenders in all business channels with a primary focus on agriculture.
What you’ll do:
- Gather and structure data, create reports, monitor key organizational indicators, perform trend analysis and make recommendations within one or more subject areas
- Scrutinize sales and valuation data with analytical tools to create and update valuation guides and tools
- Analyze data, assess data quality, maintain data and cleanse data
- Take part in FCC’s Farmland Values Report initiative

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, finance, business, economics, mathematics or statistics and at least three years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Advanced working knowledge of data manipulation and management tools
- Proficiency in Excel (familiarity with AWS QuickSight, SAS EG and AgWare is an asset)
- Real estate valuation and agricultural property and production knowledge is an asset
