How you’ll make an impact
Join our Innovation Hub as a Senior Experience Designer who thrives in collaborative environments and elevates the ideas of others. As a strategic thinker, you’ll transform insights into actionable opportunities and contribute to a team that explores complex problems and leads others toward outcomes that truly matter.
In this role, you’ll lead qualitative research projects to uncover where customers and employees face challenges that FCC can solve. You’ll leverage strong storytelling and sense‑making capabilities to convey customer and employee sentiment to broad audiences, enabling informed decision‑making and paving the way for future enhancements.

What you’ll do
- Lead qualitative research with customers and employees to uncover real, unmet needs
- Synthesize insights from qualitative research into clear, compelling themes
- Present insights with diverse internal stakeholders in ways that inspire alignment
- Build empathy and influence decisions through powerful storytelling and sense‑making
- Partner with stakeholders to define core problems and unlock meaningful opportunities
- Design thoughtful plans to guide teams through early solution prototyping
- Champion end users at every stage, ensuring their needs shape every decision
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or a related field
- Minimum six years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Extensive knowledge of user research, insight generation, problem framing, data analysis and visualization, prototyping and concept testing
- Expert level proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Proven communication, storytelling and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Background and experience in the agriculture and agri-food industry
- Experience working in Miro and collaborating through digital whiteboarding tools
- Knowledge of FCC business and lending processes and systems
- Demonstrated understanding of financial services operations, lending processes or service-based organizations
- Professional certification in human-centered design, design thinking or qualitative research methodologies
