How you’ll make an impact
As a Senior District Director, you’ll provide strategic leadership to operations employees across southern Saskatchewan by coaching formal leaders who oversee lending, customer service and business development teams. You’ll guide your leaders in executing the Relationship Management Process, ensuring portfolio quality, operational excellence and a great customer experience.
Your role includes building FCC’s presence in the marketplace and strengthening relationships with industry partners, financial institutions and community stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely with area and district leadership teams to ensure alignment, share insights and contribute to enterprise-wide continuous improvement.

What you’ll do
Lead a high-performing operations sales team
Monitor disbursement margin and fees
Coach staff on credit, portfolio quality and the consistent execution of the Relationship Management Process (RMP)
Drive the strategic direction for the district, including long-term planning, supporting marketing strategy development and implementation
Provide continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and optimizing processes, decision-making and resource allocation
Oversee district compliance and risk, including monitoring, reporting, taking corrective actions and reviewing large and complex loans to maintain portfolio quality
Build a strong, future-ready team by planning workforce needs, developing leaders and addressing performance
Build strong internal and external relationships, engaging industry partners, financial institutions and elected officials
Represent FCC at committees, stakeholder meetings and corporate initiatives
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, agriculture or a related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and operations
Financial or agriculture industry expertise, with strong understanding of lending, credit risk, marketing and portfolio management
Demonstrated ability to analyze business trends, identify strategic opportunities, and make informed decisions that drive organizational performance
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the district
Preferred qualifications:
Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
