$71,145 - $96,255Second language training experience rewardedUsing your in-depth knowledge of teaching tools and methods, you’ll help employees acquire second language skills to meet the language requirements of their positions.
You’ll also provide input into the development of the employee second language training program.
What you’ll do:
Participate in the development and implementation of the employee second language program
Conduct individual needs analysis for students
Research and prepare exercises, tests and assignments and modify lessons to meet learners’ needs
Prepare progress reports to monitor student progress
Assist senior leaders in reaching their learning objectives and acquiring the second language skills necessary for their roles
What we’re looking for:
Passionate educator able to support others and help them succeed
Continuous learner who stays current on teaching and testing methods and can implement new approaches
Strong communicator able to work closely with others
What you’ll need:
A bachelor’s degree in French, English, education or linguistics and at least three years of experience teaching French or English as a second language (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
In-depth knowledge of trends and approaches to second language acquisition and adult learning methodologies
Advanced proficiency in both official languages to teach English and French
