Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$119,935 - $162,265Sales and leadership expertise requiredLead and manage the national sales, marketing and programs for FCC AgExpert and all industry-related initiatives. You’ll also oversee the sales of the business unit’s products including software and service plans.
This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
Manage and lead a sales team in implementing national sales programs and strategies and realizing sales goal
Train and coach sales staff and other external sales agents
Provide direction and approval for all FCC AgExpert marketing and sales initiatives and promotional materials for multiple sales channels
Create and implement an annual strategic sales and marketing plan for the business, supporting the business unit and FCC’s strategic direction
What we’re looking for:
Extensive knowledge of sales, marketing and communications practices and trends
Confident project manager with sales and marketing management experience
Solid understanding of general accounting principles administration policies and procedures
General knowledge of agriculture in relation to field record and financial management
What you’ll need:
Degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or business
6-8 years of management experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
