How you’ll make an impact

Join us in a role where your passion for meaningful work and dedication to helping others will make a real impact within FCC’s delinquency and customer regulatory compliance domain.

As a Manager, Agile Teams, you’ll help people perform at their best in a complex, specialized environment built on trust, strong relationships and clear feedback. Your ability to ask thoughtful questions, gather input from multiple sources and coach individuals will be crucial to your teams’ success. You’ll balance managing people with maintaining clear priorities, ensuring your teams stay aligned and supported in their work.

If you’re a confident leader who can thrive in ambiguity, build strong partnerships, and support teams through clear communication and coaching, this role could be a great fit.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and support agile teams within a specialized regulatory and delinquency domain, with a strong focus on people leadership and performance
  • Partner with the Domain Lead to ensure clarity on delivery priorities
  • Coach team members through regular feedback, relationship‑building and thoughtful inquiry, often without direct observation of day‑to‑day work
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, from detailed administrative discussions to clear, high‑level messaging for teams and stakeholders
  • Support a high‑performing, collaborative leadership team environment by contributing insights, raising concerns, and sharing feedback
  • Balance hands‑on people management with long‑term team development and succession planning

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, business administration/commerce or a related field
  • Eight to ten years of experience in technology, agile delivery, financial services or operations (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Proven experience leading and coaching teams performing complex work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels
  • Confidence operating across a wide range of responsibilities, from detailed administrative tasks to strategic leadership discussions
  • Ability to build trust, gather feedback and make sound people‑related decisions in partnership with peers and leaders

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in regulated, compliance‑driven or highly specialized business domains
  • Knowledge of agricultural lending practices
