$92,310 - $124,890We’re building a modern, user-centered design practice and we’re looking for a seasoned Interaction Designer/Developer to help bring our interfaces to life.This hybrid role combines strong UI/UX design skills with modern front-end development experience to ensure our screens not only look great in Figma, but ship pixel-perfect in production. You’ll be joining a newly formalized UX team that’s setting the standard for how FCC designs and builds digital products. We’re focused on accessibility, consistency and elevating design quality across the board. You'll be instrumental in bridging design and development to help us get there.
What you’ll do:
- Translate user needs and business requirements into accessible, interactive designs
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes and design specs in Figma
- Collaborate with designers, developers and product owners in agile sprints
- Build and refine user interfaces using Angular and TailwindCSS
- Participate in design reviews, usability testing and accessibility audits
- Help maintain and evolve our internal design system
- Ensure visual and interaction consistency across our digital ecosystem
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and iterate quickly
- A great eye for detail - and the coding skills to match
- Creative thinker able to come up with unique solutions to challenges
What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in visual communications, computer science, web or graphic design and at least eight years of experience in UI/UX design with front-end development (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Expertise in Figma for designing and prototyping
- Strong proficiency in Angular, TailwindCSS and responsive HTML/CSS
- Solid understanding of accessibility principles (WCAG, ARIA, semantic HTML)
- Experience in design systems (contributing or maintaining)
- Familiarity with enterprise applications or financial services
- Knowledge of TypeScript and component-based architecture
