Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$117,887 - $159,495Senior-level leadership, business partnership and strategic execution rewardedProvide strategic partnership and advice, business enablement and consulting services to FCC’s Executive Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. You’ll support the Corporate Secretary and the Assistant Corporate Secretary in preparing the annual schedule for Board of Directors and Committee meetings, including planning and preparing the meetings, coordinating logistics, attendees, and execution - and supporting internal and external presenters and guests. You’ll also help plan and execute the Annual Public Meeting.
This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
Advise the EVP and divisional leadership team, including giving feedback, serving as a representative or proxy when required, and supporting executive communications
Contribute to developing and executing the division's annual plan, conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
Provide strategic recommendations to resolve business challenges and translate priorities into actionable divisional initiatives
Manage the EVP office

What you’ll need:
Strong knowledge of FCC’s business strategy, corporate objectives and priorities, divisional functions and business processes
Business acumen, curiosity, emotional intelligence, and can create partnerships with leaders
Bachelor’s degree in business administration and seven or more years of progressive experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience handling business issues at with business at an enterprise level
Cross-functional experience within the business would be considered an asset
