Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$92,310 - $124,890Leadership, communication and project management skills neededWith your passion for collaboration and strategic mindset, you’ll provide professional advice and support to a divisional/area vice-president.
You’ll develop and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives, represent the vice-president’s office, and ensure all targets are achieved and reports are completed in a timely manner.
What you’ll do:
Support the execution of FCC’s strategy in partnership with the divisional/area vice-president
Review, summarize and recommend options for handling critical and high-priority items
Provide guidance to other areas of the organization, participate in enterprise committees and attend meetings on behalf of the vice-president
Work closely with and support the divisional/area leadership team by providing analysis, advice and direction as needed
Build relationships with partners to support divisional activities and engage in projects and initiatives that enhance customer and employee experience
