Excellent Pavage is currently seeking a methodical and organized Estimator specialized in civil engineering and paving to join our growing team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze Tenders: Study and analyze various public (SEAO) and private sector calls for tenders.

  • Plan & Spec Review: Perform detailed readings of project plans and technical specifications.

  • Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals.

  • Quantity Take-offs: Calculate the materials, labor, and resources required for project completion.

  • Procurement: Obtain and analyze quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Cost Tracking: Monitor project costs throughout the execution phase to ensure budget compliance.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in the construction industry (civil engineering or paving preferred).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and PlanSwift (or similar take-off software).

  • Certifications: Valid ASP Construction card.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

  • Profile: Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
