Our client, one of the largest and most competitive metal surface treatment facilities in Montreal, Quebec, has been providing plating and finishing processes to customers in the automotive, aerospace, electronics, and commercial industries for over 20 years. To support its growth, the company is seeking an Industrial Painter to join its production team in st-laurent area.

The selected candidate will be actively involved in the preparation, painting, and finishing of parts, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare parts prior to painting (cleaning, masking, racking/unracking).
  • Mix, apply, and bake paint according to established procedures.
  • Inspect parts before and after painting to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Complete process sheets and ensure proper traceability of operations.
  • Regularly maintain and clean equipment.
  • Handle paint products and waste according to safety and environmental standards.
  • Supervise and support general workers as needed.

Working Conditions

  • Position based in Saint-Laurent.
  • Salary: to be determined based on experience.
  • Dayshift
