Our client, an industrial company located on the South Shore in Saint-Rémi, is actively seeking a Customer Service Assistant.

This is a permanent, 100% on-site position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Salary: $46K, negotiable

Your tasks:

Manage reception and respond to customer calls and emails

Manage counter sales, billing, and cashiering

Enter customer orders, follow up, and use CRM

Verifying shipping costs and producing shipping documents (BOL)

Mass mailing of sales programs via email

Managing complaint files

Coordinating orders with the warehouse manager

All other related tasks
