Our client, a municipal organization, is looking for a Customer Experience Service Agent for a 2-month contract.
Salary: $25.87
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on-site
Work location: Montreal
Responsibilities:
Greet customers or visitors, respond to inquiries and, if necessary, inform the appropriate person of a visitor's arrival;
Collect any complaints made about the Company and refer them to the appropriate manager;
Forward calls to the appropriate people and take messages, if necessary;
Ensure that general information documents are kept up to date to help reception staff in their daily tasks;
Perform tasks related to receiving, sorting, distributing, preparing, and sending mail;
Receive and process all requests for information related to housing rentals and lease management, including information about rent increases and requests for housing services and repairs, and redirect customers to other organizations as needed in order to maximize the number of calls handled, limit the number of people involved, and increase the speed and efficiency of customer service.
Receive rent payments at the front desk (handle cash, receive Interac transfers to provide customer service)
Record, verify, and compile various statistical data specific to your sector;
Update information on the Company's internal and external digital platforms;
Prepare materials for customer reception activities;
Participate in team meetings or other meetings as needed;
Perform any related and similar tasks as requested by your supervisor.
