Our client, an import-export company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is an ideal opportunity for a professional looking for part-time work in a structured yet flexible environment, allowing them to balance their job with other personal or professional projects.

Temporary contract with no fixed term through the Excel-personnel agency

Work location: Terrebonne

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into internal systems.
  • Enter, verify, and file invoices.
  • Ensure the compliance and accuracy of entered information.
  • Collaborate with the accounting or administrative team as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and structured work environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Acomba software.
  • Diligence, organization, and attention to detail.

Schedule and Conditions

  • 1 day/week, with the possibility of 2 days/week.
  • 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, flexible schedule.
  • On-site work in Terrebonne
  • Salary: $22–$24/hour, negotiable
