Responsibilities
- Enter data into internal systems.
- Enter, verify, and file invoices.
- Ensure the compliance and accuracy of entered information.
- Collaborate with the accounting or administrative team as needed.
- Maintain an organized and structured work environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Acomba software.
- Diligence, organization, and attention to detail.
Schedule and Conditions
- 1 day/week, with the possibility of 2 days/week.
- 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, flexible schedule.
- On-site work in Terrebonne
- Salary: $22–$24/hour, negotiable
