Fleet Management Client Strategy Manager - Vancouver, BC

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Business Management degree preferred)
  • Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of prior successful business to business (B2B)/outside sales experience
  • Must live within (1) one hour of 13160 88 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3W 3K3, Canada
  • Must have a valid British Columbia Class 5 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record (ie., DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities include:

  • To ensure the highest level of client satisfaction, the Client Strategy Manager works alongside the appropriate internal departments to maximize the service and benefit to existing client base  
  • Partners with clients and implements financial based fleet recommendations  
  • Develop long-term relationships with decision makers through regularly scheduled meetings, ongoing marketing and acts as the primary strategic point of contact  
  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to effectively onboard new clients, and to drive referral opportunities within the client base  
  • Responsible for strategic and proactive fleet management duties based on the needs of the clients  
  • Develop strategy to uncover any potential opportunities to sell additional products and services  
  • Proactively manages the fleet in their existing client base from acquisition through deletion the vehicle life cycle  
  • Conducts various meetings with existing clients which include, fleet analysis meeting, annual client review, and relationship-building  
  • Reviews available reports and analyzes data in order to make proper fleet recommendations  
  • Utilizes resources (Fleet Planning Toolkit) and leverages available technology effectively  
  • Organizes and schedules assignments to meet known priorities and critical work deadlines  
  • Meets and assists in understanding and achieving the clients business objectives  
  • Maintains timely and accurate client data in various systems including, Salesforce, EDGE, Fleet Planning Toolkit
