What You Will Do:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of data including intake, validation, transformation, storage, accessibility, and disposal.
  • Maintain and enhance service costing and forecasting data models and structures to support evolving business needs.
  • Oversee and document data modeling change management efforts to uphold governance standards.
  • Define and enforce data quality standards, classifications, and validation rules.
  • Collaborate with data stewards and subject matter experts (SMEs) to capture business logic and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
  • Investigate and resolve data integrity issues impacting reporting and decision-making.
  • Develop and optimize dashboards and reports that translate business requirements into effective visualizations and insights on financial performance, service costing, portfolio planning, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure the operating health and reliability of Technology, Business, Management Office (TBMO) reporting platforms, including data interfaces and integrations, while aligning practices with organizational goals, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance
  • Support monthly and quarterly data and business logic refresh cycles and ensure timely data availability.
  • Support financial modeling and forecasting activities, including cost estimation, benefit realization and enterprise value framework enablement.
  • Document processes, data flows, and reporting logic to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Meet regularly with business and technical stakeholders to validate data and reporting outputs

Who You Are:
  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Governance, or IT Financial Management
  • Hands-on experience with Apptio, with a strong understanding of Service Costing, financial modeling, cost allocation principles, and the Technology Business Management framework.
  • Proficiency in data transformation and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel Power Query, Power BI, and similar platforms, complemented by hands-on experience with ERP system reporting and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong understanding of IT organizational structures and interdependencies across infrastructure, applications, data, and services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent attention to detail, follow up and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and take initiative to implement innovative ideas within acceptable boundaries
  • Positive attitude with strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to lead and manage change
  • Ability to influence with and without authority with various levels across the organization
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
