Job Summary:
This position will be required to work independently and report to the Collection Site Services Manager on a daily basis. The strategic role of the Collection Site Supervisor is a working supervisory position designed to measure, monitor and address internal operating issues within the Collection Site to help optimize organizational performance. The position should bring consistency, stability and structure to the designated Collection site(s). The Supervisor is a member of the CannAmm Operations Team. The team is responsible for overseeing the areas of operations of CannAmm, working together to effectively and consistently meet organizational goals that will lead CannAmm towards its strategic vision.

- Performs drug and alcohol collections, breath alcohol testing and health surveillance testing such at pulmonary function tests (PFT), audiometric testing and mask fit testing
- Scheduling of staff members and assisting Manager, Collection Site Services with hiring, training and evaluations of staff
- Is knowledgeable and provides correct instructions and information to clients and staff about specimen collections and testing
- Troubleshoots/problem solves within scope of duties
- Ensures adequate supplies are available, ordering stock as assigned
- May include Mobile Testing using the mobile unit/truck
- Duties also include reception and data management, including booking appointments, tracking results, registering donors, faxing and copying.
- Must maintain confidentiality of information and records

- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years as a DOT Collector with BAT Certification
- Current Audiometric and Spirometry Technician Certificate, or willing to obtain.
- 2 years’ experience in a clinic/medical stetting with at least 1-year recent experience in a supervisory role or relevant education
- Travel may be required to other local collection sites
- Able to be on-call during evenings and weekends (reliable transportation is a must)
Technical Skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Excellent knowledge of internal software, Site Scheduler, Cantrak, Central Booking
- Organized and flexible
- Valid class 5 driver's license and a good driving record required.
Social Process Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to de-escalate conflict
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with and lead a team are required
- In-office clinical testing work environment, with the ability to travel to other local collection sites as required
