Your Role – Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be both a trusted advisor and a relationship builder. You’ll work hand in hand with designers, architects, and theatre consultants to bring our seating solutions to life. From spotting new opportunities to guiding projects through to completion, you’ll play a key role in expanding our impact.

Your Responsibilities
  • Product Specification: Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and theatre consultants to integrate our products into their projects.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to promote our solutions.

  • Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful product demonstrations that highlight the unique features and benefits of our seating.

  • Project Follow-Up: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders.

  • Technical Support: Provide expertise and guidance on materials, finishes, and product applications.

  • Market Research: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through bid platforms and professional networks.

  • Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase our products and expand our network.

  • Reporting: Maintain regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.

Desired Profile
  • Education & Experience:
    College degree in business, administration, design, or a related field.
    A strong and relevant track record in business development or consultative sales may be considered in place of formal education.

  • Key Skills:

    • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and specifiers (architects, designers, consultants).

    • Ability to understand project needs and propose tailored, customized solutions.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills (French and English, with strong English proficiency to serve a primarily anglophone client base).

    • Solid discipline in managing long-term projects while handling multiple opportunities at once.

    • Analytical mindset to identify and develop new market opportunities.

    • Comfortable working in collaborative environments and closely partnering with internal teams.
