The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Specialist, Customer Accounts (Temporary - 6 months). This job is full-time temporary.

Your challenges:

  • Act as the point of contact between customers and their accounts receivable with the company.

  • Analyze the content of a portfolio of customer accounts and make necessary adjustments.

  • Analyze variances and account balances and take the actions needed to resolve and/or reconcile discrepancies.

  • Record customer rebate payments.

  • Ensure that accounting transactions comply with established compliance rules.

  • Provide analyses and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Play an important role in meeting customer needs by working closely with relevant departments, including Sales and Credit.

  • Document evidence for key controls supporting audits and reviews.

  • Perform any other related tasks and analyses.

Your skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both official languages.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously and work under pressure while delivering quality results within deadlines.

  • Ability to work as part of a team, communicate with all organizational levels, and adapt to change.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational, planning, rigor, and accuracy abilities.

  • Demonstrates flexibility and autonomy.

Your profile:

• Bilingual French English (required for all company positions) *.
• College diploma (DEC) in Accounting Techniques or similar accounting training.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a large company.
• 2 years of businesstobusiness customer service experience.
