Build the systems that keep complex technology programs on track-and raise the bar for quality and risk.

In this role, you’ll help leaders run large, high stakes technology and operations programs with stronger controls, clearer insight, and fewer surprises. You’ll turn data into practical guidance, improve how teams plan and deliver work, and help embed quality and risk habits from early sales through delivery and ongoing support.

What will your typical day look like?

There isn’t a “typical” day. You’ll balance analytics, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement-working with senior leaders and delivery teams to spot risks early, strengthen project discipline, and improve outcomes across a portfolio of fast moving engagements.

You’ll own and improve the dashboards, templates, and review processes leaders use to monitor delivery health-scope, milestones, quality indicators, and key risks. You’ll dig into plans and status data, highlight what matters, and drive follow through so issues are addressed before they become client problems. You’ll also help create communications and training that make expectations clear and easy for teams to apply.

You’ll coordinate cross functional initiatives end to end: building workplans, managing dependencies, tracking decisions, and keeping stakeholders aligned. Over time, you’ll build a deep understanding of how technology programs succeed (or fail), develop trusted relationships across teams, and help scale a consistent approach to quality and risk management.

About the team

Quality & Risk Management (QRM) is the team that helps our technology and operations groups deliver consistently high quality work. We set expectations, provide tools and reporting, and coach teams on proven practices so engagements are planned well, risks are managed early, and delivery stays on track-from the initial proposal through implementation and ongoing support.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You care about quality, love making things better, and aren’t afraid of complexity. You’re organized, analytical, and comfortable influencing across teams, whether through data, structure, or strong relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Improve the standards, tools, and workflows leaders and teams use to manage quality and risk across technology and operations engagements
  • Redesign processes by diagnosing pain points, testing improvements, and supporting adoption through change management
  • Build and enhance dashboards and reporting that surface delivery health, trend drivers, and emerging risks for senior leaders
  • Support the quality and risk strategy and deliver high impact initiatives and special projects from concept to rollout
  • Partner with cross functional teams to plan and deliver initiatives, managing milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
  • Design and deliver training that helps teams apply quality and risk expectations in day to day delivery
  • Advise leaders and teams on expectations, decision points, and best practices for managing delivery quality and risk
  • Track progress against the annual quality and risk plan and provide concise, decision ready updates to leadership
  • Coordinate work with offshore/remote team members by setting clear priorities, reviewing output, and ensuring on time delivery

You bring:

  • A strong quality mindset and a structured, process driven approach to getting work done
  • Strong analytical skills (data, trends, root cause), attention to detail, and sound business judgment
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Comfort working in ambiguity-prioritizing, moving work forward, and bringing others along
  • Experience leading projects or cross functional initiatives (workplans, milestones, risks/issues, stakeholder updates)
