What will your typical day look like?

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Transformation Manager to join our Oracle Cloud practice, with a specialization in Record to Report (R2R). In this role, you will lead Oracle Cloud Financials engagements focused on accounting, close, reconciliation, and consolidation transformation, acting as a trusted advisor to client finance and IT leadership.

As a Manager, you will be accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of R2R solutions, leading finance functional teams and ensuring high‑quality outcomes across design, implementation, and post‑go‑live stabilization. You will balance hands‑on functional leadership in R2R with team oversight, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary R2R finance functional lead for Oracle Cloud engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to client finance and IT leadership.
• Lead and manage full‑cycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations with a strong focus on Record to Report, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Lead client discussions and decision‑making across R2R transformation topics, including accounting design, close processes, reconciliation governance, consolidation, and reporting.
• Design and lead implementation of Oracle Cloud R2R solutions, including:
o Oracle Cloud General Ledger (GL)
o Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) for subledger accounting, accounting rules, and integrated source systems
o Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) for balance sheet reconciliations, certifications, and close controls
o Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) for consolidation, eliminations, close, and management reporting
• Translate business and accounting requirements gathered through design workshops into scalable, compliant Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Provide deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud R2R, applying leading practices to optimize accounting processes, close efficiency, and internal controls.
• Oversee testing strategy, cutover planning, and go‑live execution for R2R components, ensuring accounting accuracy and operational readiness.
• Ensure solutions comply with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control expectations.
• Stay current on the Oracle Cloud Financials and R2R roadmap, continuously enhancing delivery capability and client outcomes.

You are someone who is :
• Has 7-10+ years of Oracle ERP consulting experience, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Cloud Financials and Record to Report.
• Has proven experience leading R2R workstreams or end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
• Demonstrates deep functional expertise in R2R, including Fusion General Ledger, FAH, ARCS, and FCCS.
• Brings strong finance and accounting process knowledge across end‑to‑end accounting, close, reconciliation, and consolidation.
• Is an Oracle Certified Cloud Financials Implementor.
• Has successfully led RTR in at least three full‑cycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
• Is comfortable managing senior client stakeholders and complex delivery environments.
• Demonstrates strong problem‑solving, communication, and people‑leadership skills.
• Is able to travel as required for client engagements.

Preferred Skills:
• Proven ability to design end‑to‑end accounting architectures across source systems, subledgers, and the general ledger.
• Hands‑on experience with close acceleration, reconciliation automation, and consolidation frameworks.
• Exposure to multi‑entity, multi‑currency, or regulated environments.
• Experience supporting data migration, reconciliation strategy, and post‑go‑live stabilization for R2R.
• Exposure to large, complex, or global Oracle Cloud ERP programs.

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
