What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you’ll work side by side with your team to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges - helping public sector leaders deliver programs and services that improve outcomes for Canadians. You’ll build strong relationships, dive deep into their business, and turn insights into practical solutions. You’ll help shape strategy, drive operational improvements, and deliver clear recommendations that enable decisions and make a real impact.

Your work will include:

• Helping shape problem-solving approaches that accelerate decisions and improve delivery outcomes across large-scale government transformation programs.
• Leading the development of high-quality, client-ready deliverables that turn insights from interviews, workshops, and research into clear options, actionable recommendations, and implementation-ready plans (e.g., operating models, roadmaps, process maps, business cases, and KPI frameworks).
• Strengthening team performance by supporting and mentoring peers and other practitioners.
• Contributing to the growth and development of the practice by taking on internal leadership roles, offering expertise in areas of specialization, and developing reusable points of view and assets that scale what works and accelerate delivery against public sector priorities.
