We are seeking a skilled Mechanical/Biomedical Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on the design and certification of cutting-edge medical devices.

Job Description

At Cryos Technologies, you will be responsible for the design, development, and certification of medical devices. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to bring new products from concept through to market. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creativity to design and operate test apparatus, ensuring our products meet rigorous safety and effectiveness standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop medical devices, focusing on user needs and regulatory compliance.
  • Construct and operate specialized test apparatus for product testing and validation.
  • Maintain documentation throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure devices are compliant with all regulatory standards.
  • Continuously improve device designs based on test results and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and proficiency with CAD software.
  • Experience in programing with Python or similar languages.
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of medical device design and certification.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA, and other regulatory standards is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
