CREO Solutionsis seeking a sales and marketing coordinator to join its team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinating the production and distribution of promotional materials, such as corporate presentation, case studies, email campaigns and service offers. Present professional image through effective verbal and written communication
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases and marketing reports (past experience with SalesForce is an asset)
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Organizing and executing events, such as trade shows and customer appreciation events and attend and represent CREO Solutions during exhibits and tradeshows.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure account management excellence
  • Managing and tracking the budget for sales and marketing initiatives
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Help with marketing, including PowerPoint presentations, social media platforms and communication tools (i.e. LinkedIn). Managing company’s social media accounts (primary LinkedIn)
  • Managing the company’s website (past experience with SEO and SEM is an asset)
  • Coordinating internal communication activities
  • Follow safe work procedures and practices.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Post-secondary education would be an asset
  • Five (5) years experience in a capacity of sales support, administrative assistant or executive assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a sales or a customer service based role is an asset
  • Advanced bilingualism mandatory, oral/writing (French/English).
  • Experience with Salesforce platform or other CRMs an asset.
  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
