About the Role

Be the creative force behind Verosoft’s brand. We are searching for a dynamic, hands-on creative to lead our social media presence and visual identity. If you’re a pro at building engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X, and you can take ideas from concept to beautifully designed graphics and videos, this role is for you. You’ll be creating content tailored to a B2B audience across industries like renewable energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Own our social channels: Plan, create, and publish compelling bilingual (English and French) content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with a focus on building real engagement.
  • Drive visual branding: Design eye-catching graphics, presentations, and product visuals that set our brand apart, from logos to video snippets to sales collateral.
  • Produce engaging videos: Create and edit impactful short-form videos for social and web including explainers, testimonials, and promotional snippets.
  • Be the go-to creative partner: Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and content teams to deliver high-impact, on-brand creative assets for campaigns and sales enablement.
  • Guard our visual identity: Ensure everything we publish is visually consistent, modern, and true to the Verosoft brand.

Requested skills

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and French, with strong writing and design skills in both languages.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Portfolio includes original graphics, social content, and video work.
  • Confident using all major social platforms (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X).
  • Collaborative, organized, and resourceful.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing or creative role.
