POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Coordinator will actively participate in the development of marketing plans and the coordination of various actions, ensuring clear and effective communication with internal clients and suppliers. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team will be a source of motivation, allowing you to showcase your skills in a dynamic environment. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the success of marketing initiatives, while ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions.
  • Design and implement promotional campaigns to stimulate interest in living in a private residence for seniors.
  • Ensure that all media supports respect the visual identity and brand message.
  • Ensure that campaigns are consistent with the company’s objectives and brand image.
  • Monitor market marketing trends and propose new opportunities.
  • Support the marketing activities of other departments within the company.
  • Track and analyze campaign results using analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Write and design sales brochures, newsletters, 360-degree marketing campaigns, update web pages, presentations and social media posts.
  • Write and publish engaging content (visuals, photos, videos, etc.) to boost our online presence.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University degree in marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience related to the position.
  • Innate ease with social networks.
  • Bilingualism: advanced level English and excellent French.
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, ideally in the B2C sector.
