Annual salary: Between $77,747 and $106,532, in accordance with the FNEC’s salary scale
Job description:
Reporting to the Data and Research Services Director, the Educational Infrastructure Coordinator leverages their expertise to support the implementation, structuring and operation of a regional educational infrastructure planning strategy, along with the planning team (FNEC) and the Educational Infrastructure Planning Committee (EIPC). The incumbent coordinates the educational infrastructure group planning work, liaises between communities, government bodies, FNEC internal teams and technical experts, and pilots the preparation of the documents, analyses and tools required for the discussions, recommendations and follow-ups.
Main duties:
• See to the implementation of the regional educational infrastructure planning strategy by building and developing the planning team as an administrative and technical support structure with the EIPC and member communities
• Plan, coordinate and follow up on the work of the planning team, in accordance with the orientations and priorities, while supporting their implementation and structuring
• Plan, organize and coordinate the work of the EIPC
• In collaboration with the planning team, prepare the documentation, analyses and technical inputs required for discussions and EIPC recommendations
• Support the planning, follow-up and consistency of educational infrastructure projects jointly carried out by the communities
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Arts in engineering, science, project management or a related technical field
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in project and staff management in the construction field
• Any combination of training and equivalent experience will be considered
