Project Director – Renovation / Construction
Location: Island of Montreal
A growing company specializing in residential renovation, light construction, and project management is seeking an experienced Project Director (minimum 5 years), motivated, resourceful, and with excellent teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all renovation projects: planning, coordination, execution, and delivery
- Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Read and interpret construction plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes, budgets, and timelines
- Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in renovation or construction project management
- Strong experience in reading plans
- Knowledge of building codes, municipal regulations, and light construction standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer tools
- Motivated, resourceful, solutions-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
