Your mission

You will be the conductor of internal operations. Your role is to transform our current practices into reliable, clear, and growth-oriented processes. You will be at the heart of the customer experience and partner loyalty, ensuring smooth and high-quality execution.

Main responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate a team (customer service agents and claims experts).
  • Establish robust internal processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and traceability.
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for each department under your responsibility.
  • Participate in market intelligence strategy and contribute to the design of new products with the business development director.
  • Support management in the planning and management of strategic projects.
  • Be responsible for the operations budget and ensure its optimization.
  • Propose concrete solutions to modernize management tools (ERP, CRM, etc.) and ensure their implementation.
  • Ensure that operations actively support the retention of retailers and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and anticipate compliance issues.

Required

  • Experience in operations management and team management in an SME.
  • Experience or knowledge of the automotive sector, ideally in the field of warranty or insurance.
  • Excellent command of office tools (advanced Excel).
  • Experience in implementing or improving internal operating systems.
  • Motivational leadership, strategic analysis skills, and pragmatism.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and initiative.
  • Bilingual
  • Challenge-driven and results-oriented
