About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Licensed Truck Mechanic to join our team. The company operates a strong fleet and maintains a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and employee satisfaction. To support ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced and licensed 310T Truck Mechanic to join their maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, brake, and engine systems using OEM documentation and diagnostic tools.
  • Conduct safety inspections in accordance with MTO and internal compliance standards.
  • Complete repair orders and maintenance logs with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure fleet availability and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (required).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience servicing heavy-duty trucks (fleet or dealership experience an asset).
  • Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with major engine platforms (Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and high-quality workmanship.
  • Experience with CVOR/MTO inspection requirements is an asset.
