Your Impact
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
- Act as the first line of contact for global customers and distributors.
- Handle daily inbound requests and questions with urgency, clarity, and professionalism.
- Ensure customers feel valued before, during, and after the sale.
- Anticipate needs and follow up proactively to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Drive Sales Through Customer Centricity
- Convert inquiries into qualified opportunities by understanding customer challenges.
- Prepare persuasive, technically sound quotations and commercial offers.
- Support small and mid-sized customers directly, nurturing long-term relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that create value for customers.
Accelerate Sales Team Success
- Work hand-in-hand with the field sales team to manage accounts, prepare quotes, and coordinate demos.
- Ensure smooth deal execution through close collaboration with logistics, technical support, and finance.
- Keep CRM and ERP systems updated with accurate customer and sales data to enable better forecasting.
- Support marketing campaigns, trade show follow-ups, and lead conversion.
What You Bring
- Fluent in English and French (both written & spoken). Spanish is highly beneficial.
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or client-facing commercial roles (agri-tech, manufacturing, or industrial B2B preferred).
- Proven ability to manage quotes and convert inquiries into sales.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Odoo, SAP, or similar) and excellent command of Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
- Customer-first attitude with a strong sense of ownership and commercial instinct.
- Experience in livestock or agricultural sectors is a strong asset, but curiosity and willingness to learn are equally valued.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, customer visits, and distributor meetings.
