POSITION DESCRIPTION:
District Union, located in Terrebonne, is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you known for being versatile, good with your hands, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for!
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Keep the work environment clean
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintain property areas and systems
- Maintain the garden
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
- Show apartments to prospective tenants and collect the rents of existing tenants
- Wash windows at main and secondary entrances
- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
