POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for two heavy-duty housekeepers to join our maintenance team.
Schedule: Permanent, part-time, night shift position.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Taking out the trash
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- High school diploma (SSD)
- Knowledge of seniors’ residences, a major asset
