POSITION DESCRIPTION:
An idyllic location with breathtaking views of the Rivière des Mille Îles, the Alphée private retirement residence allows you to live life on your own terms! Imagine starting your day by stepping outside for some fresh air in the residence's private gardens, strolling along the water's edge while admiring the scenery, the murmur of the river, and the birdsong.
Schedule: Full-time, daytime (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), 4 days a week
Salary: $21.78/hr to $23.43/hr
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- all other related tasks
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
