POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking a handyman (maintenance) for a residential building in Quebec City, AVENTURA. Are you known for your versatility, good manual dexterity, and strong organizational skills? Then you're the person we're looking for!
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Change light bulbs in the common areas
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- A working knowledge of building maintenance (Hvac, electrical, plumbing etc.)
- A minimum of 1 to 5 years experience
- French and English essential
