Le Manoir Fontainebleau, a friendly seniors' residence located in Blainville, is currently looking for a person to fill a full-time night maintenance attendant position. Maintenance of residence premises, apartment painting, basic plumbing, basic electricity. A versatile person who can do a little bit of everything!
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., voluntary weekends

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
- Good communication
