Description
Les Jardins Logidor, a friendly private seniors' residence located in Ste-Foy, is seeking a part-time maintenance attendant. No CCQ cards are required. You must be versatile and able to perform the necessary tasks, such as painting, plastering, etc.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with lunch break) Salary: Starting at $22.81
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Change light bulbs in the common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
