POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Jazz Lebourgneuf, a friendly private seniors' residence, is currently seeking a part-time Maintenance and Heavy Maintenance Worker.
Responsibilities include apartment renovations and resident requisitions, as well as other related tasks such as flooring installation, painting, and plastering. Schedule: 2 days/week
Salary: $23.71 to $24.02 per hour
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
- Good communication
- No experience necessary
