The St-Augustin, a friendly private seniors' residence, is seeking the next rare gem to fill a full-time leasing agent position for an indefinite sick leave replacement. Sales experience required, knowledge of the RPA market an asset.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime Salary: Negotiable based on experience + commission


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
  • Follow up with clients
  • Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
  • If required, collaborate on the various residence committees
  • Interact with your colleagues in response to client requests
  • Manage customer inquiries
  • Monitor the integration of a new resident
  • Prepare information packets for customers
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Rent out vacant apartments in the building
  • Stay on top of the trends in the rental market for the region
  • Work in Microsoft Excel to update data
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
