POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Dufferin, a warm and welcoming private seniors' residence, has a Housekeeping Attendant position available! Working in a residence is more than just a job; it's a life experience. Permanent part-time position, 8 hours per week (one day per week), daytime hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Clean storage spaces and maintenance carts
- Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Good team player
- Good communication
- Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
