POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for a Heavy Maintenance Attendant to join our dynamic team! Your contribution will allow us to provide a safe environment and quality of life for our residents. Come make a difference in the lives of our seniors and join us!
Permanent part-time position, 24 hours a week, one weekday evening from 4 p.m. to midnight and two weekend days (every other weekend).
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Keep the work environment clean
- Maintain and clean the premises
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
