POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Cogir is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building located in Montreal (Hochelaga Maisonneuve district). Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we are looking for!
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required
- Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
- Ensure the cleanliness of entrances, common areas, terrace, gym, parking, etc.
- Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Maintain property spaces and systems
- Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces
- Other Related Tasks
- Painting and preparing apartments
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances
- Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
- Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years
- DEP in general building maintenance (an asset)
