POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Located in the heart of Sainte-Rose, the Domaine des Forges residence is fortunate to welcome a wonderful, independent clientele. A warm and friendly atmosphere prevails, where we feel right at home.
Your role will be to ensure the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas. As a dishwasher, you will support the kitchen team.
Permanent part-time position, 15 hours per week, weekends only, evenings from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
The candidate must hold a CPR certification.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to emergency situations
- Clean kitchen equipment
- Clean kitchen equipment after each use (pots, stove, mixers etc.)
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the workspace
- Perform other related duties
- Wash dishes after each meal and store in appropriate places
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Good team player
- Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
- Experience in a large restoration's volume (an asset)
- Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
