Le Nobélia, a friendly private seniors' residence located in Lévis, is looking for a full-time Dining Room Manager. Do you enjoy customer service, interacting with seniors, and managing a team? POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with one weekend out of two.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general
- Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
- Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort
- Perform other related duties
