We are looking for a Customer Service and Leasing Coordinator for a building located in the West Island of Montreal. Are you a sales expert and do you value customer service? ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out housing inspections upon tenant departure
- Closely monitor rent collection
- Coordinate arrivals and departures of tenants
- Coordinate lease assignments as well as internal transfers
- Create physical files and enter data into the internal management system (Hopem)
- Hand over keys and access chips when new tenants arrive
- Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary
- Manage the schedule of tenant meetings and elevator reservations
- Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
- Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Interact with clients, suppliers and residents
- Perform other related duties
- Produce required reports
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- Support the general manager in his duties
- Transcribe correspondence
- Update different administrative forms and documents
- Minimum experience in a coordinator position in the real estate field
- Good knowledge of the Hopem management system (an asset)
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Good knowledge of the sector
