POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct visits and negotiate rental contracts
- Make the appointment
- Meet the needs of building tenants in a courteous, quick and efficient manner
- Prepare folders to give to customers
- Produce rental activity reports and process renewal requests, as needed
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- Update the various administrative forms
- Write the rental agreement
- degree in the field
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Ability to use IT tools
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
- Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
- Good knowledge of sales techniques
- Knowledge of senior living residences is a major asset.
