Château Sainte-Marie, a friendly seniors' residence located in the heart of Beauce, offers stable work hours, a healthy environment, and friendly managers :) We are currently looking for a part-time night beneficiary attendant position. ** Completed AP/RPA training or completed DEP (vocational diploma) in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home or 5,000 hours of RAC**
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: One 6/14 night shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
- Proactively assist and support the residents
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
- Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
