ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make sure to optimize the use of foodstuffs in compliance with quality standards
- Participate in the assembly of the plates
- Participate in the cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Peel and cut vegetables for meals
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
- Relevant cooking experience
