POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to support your team in the field
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing activities
- Management of servicing and maintenance staff schedules
- Ensure that business processes are effective and resident services are of a high quality
- Ensure that new maintenance employees are correctly trained in a timely manner
- Establish quality standards that are in keeping with established norms
- Perform staff assessment
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Actively participate in various company committees - Know and apply company policies and procedures
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Keep the work environment clean
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Ease in the use of computer tools
- A working knowledge of real estate (an asset)
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairs
- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
- Experience in personnel management
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years experience
- Training in property management (an asset)
