Spa and Pool Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to guide our customers in the pool and spa department. Reporting to the Store Manager, the consultant will play a key role in the overall growth and development of the company. They will be expected to provide high-quality customer service.

More specifically, we expect you to:

- Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone;

- Understand customer needs and effectively present our products;

- Keep your knowledge up-to-date and familiarize yourself with new products and services;

- Answer customer questions;

- Prepare quotes and follow up appropriately;

- Draft sales contracts.

We would love to meet you if:

- You have relevant academic training for the position (an asset);

- You have sales experience;

- You already have experience in the pool industry (an asset);

- You enjoy working with the public;

- You can clearly explain your concepts in simple terms;

- You are resourceful, independent, and a leader;

- You manage stress well;

- You are positive and enjoy taking on challenges;

- You have excellent communication skills and are an active listener.
